Talk Abstract:

Do you own a Google Home? Ever wondered how clever it is? Well, then I can teach you a trick or two to build your own Action on Google.

Google Assistant is an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant developed by Google that is primarily available on mobile and smart home devices. Its functionality can be extended to do anything from managing your task list, to controlling the brightness of your connected lights to a complex conversational bot which can book your next holiday. In my session I talk about how you can develop an Action on Google using .Net, leveraging the power of DialogFlow, the conversational platform which helps you design and customise your Actions.
